Service Description

Myofascial is a hands-on massage technique that stretches muscles and applies the necessary pressure to the fascia to relieve tension and, of course, pain. Myofascial release promotes the lengthening of the fascia, so that muscles are encouraged to go back to their original and natural position, function, and length.
