Safety Protocols

Our team is excited to get back to work, but our reopening doesn't mean we'll be going back to normal... We're hoping to create a "new normal"; incorporating a series of new protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and valued clients.

We know you're eager to get back on our massage table and enjoy the ultimate in relaxation and pampering! Our new safety protocols will ensure that when you enter our spa, you feel both safe and relaxed.

Our Request From You

We also have to ask some new things from our clients for us to operate safely and achieve social distancing:

  1. Prior to your appointment, we ask that you critically examine your well-being. Should you feel slightly unwell, with any of the COVID-19 symptoms please let us know - and if/where possible re-schedule your appointment.

  2. Please bring a face mask to wear in the common areas, and during the face-up portion of your massage treatment. If you do not have a face mask, or forget to bring one to your appointment on will be provided at a small additional cost.

  3. Do not bring any guests with you to wait in the common areas during your appointment.

  4. You will be asked a short series of screening questions by one of our reception staff members as required by law.

  5. You will need to wash your hands or use our hand sanitizing station upon entering the property.

  6. We will assist you at the front desk with payment, and any future bookings prior to your appointment. This process will be staggered to ensure the reception area does not build up with clients.

If you are sick, have a fever, sore throat, coughing or sneezing — please stay home. We know you’re probably tired of hearing this, but if we stop talking about it, we lose sight of how important this factor is. If you’re sick, have been sick recently, or have come in contact with someone who could be sick or has recently traveled — please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Our Commitment To You

We’ve enhanced our hygiene protocols to ensure all high traffic areas and fixtures are disinfected daily.

All staff and therapists will be wearing protective face masks. Your therapist will thoroughly sanitize their arms and hands between clients.

We will be staggering appointments, and disinfecting the room thoroughly between clients — all surfaces, and any fixture a client may come in contact with.

We’ve increased the time between each appointment to ensure our staff have enough time to deep clean and prepare the facilities.

We will ensure our staff and clients adhere to social distancing wherever possible.

We're so excited to open our doors and see our amazing clients again, but we also recognize this is a new system and it may take some time to iron out the kinks. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve the community, and ease the aches, stress, and anxieties that many of us have been carrying around for the last couple of months. During these difficult times, it’s more important than ever to work together. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we all adapt to these new protocols and availability.

Please note that these safety protocols could change at anytime.

If you are concerned about any of our protocols or have any feedback for us, please let us know
